Thanks guys, Boar its my second time using this s**tty deadlift suit, dont like it at all as I struggle to reach the bar and cant breath in the thing Roll-Eyes I think im lifting on either the 5th or 6th November so only got one more session on deadlift and squats and 2 on Bench then ive got a good weeks rest before the comp, alls going good so far so hopefully pbs on comp dayGrin

lol Ive got a comp in November in france and im looking at 300kg squat, 200kg Bench and 275kg deadlift, I think all these are achievable and Im looking at going for all of these on my second attempts and then go for a little bit more on the third attempts, hopefully coming away with some big pbs Grin

Thanks guys, the 300 might have been there today Lee as the 285 wasnt eyeballs out and felt fairly comfortable, I dont want to push my luck Grin

Im confident I will nail it on the day and hopefully go heavier on the 3rd attempt

Im thinking the same thing, might open on about 285, then got two attempts at 300, hopefully get it first time and then nail something even bigger

Yeah not long left, got another two sessions on each lift and then a weeks rest for the comp
