Hey guys what channel can I catch the series on.

Personally I'm looking forwards to Wanderlei's first fight in the UFC, although it hasnt been announced who he's fighing yet. My main concern though is that his last few fights havnt gone that well. Hope he hasnt lost it.

LONDON - LET THE TRAINING COMMENCE

Started my training at Genesis finally after about a 9 - 10 week absence. Kept it to a few basic exercises, not amazingly high reps, nowhere near failure, just getting strength back slowly and getting my muscles used to lifting again.

7/10/7

Back squats 60kg 5,5,5,5,5
Dumbell bench 25kg 6,6,6
Chins - neutral - 5,5,5
Military press 40kg 8,6,5

Home, massive DOMS the next day. Looking forward to some good training in the future. Getting some good physio done on my knee. Need to stay disciplined and focused.

Craig what was your diet like when you were out there? That would obviously have had a role in the amount of muscle gained and fat lost.

Are you back in London now? Training at Genesis? I have been on call this week and settling in so had no time to train. Will hopefully start some kind of training this week.

Let me know how its going.

LOL drag curls. Been reading T-nation recently eh Rob?

Don't tell Joni or he'll rip the piss out of you, because apparently everything he says is right and t-nation is rubbish.

Rick, I sold the straps for 10p. Spoke to the Sugden manager, he said he could get two budget sugden olympic bars for that price. He looked well chuffed. You should have been there.

Your choice, although I think everyone would agree that the former seems like the best idea.
» New Log (Go to post)29-07-2007 @ 01:20
Or I could leave them with Joni?

Rick, how about I sell your straps and donate the money to Sugden for their new equipment fund?

Has your bodyweight come down Rick?

Sounds really good Craig.

15 minutes is absolutely nothing. Would love to get stuck into training there. I am limited by my knee injury at the moment so I cant squat or deadlift heavy.

Strongman training sounds like a really good idea. So they have sleds, farmers walk, etc.?

My job starts 31st July so I will be starting training there same time as you as well. Whereabouts are you living and working?

Whats going on then Rick? What are the reasons you mentioned which have forced you to train at Adlington?
