| Denny: I know its a regular gym oly bar for the Deadlift; is it regular gym height or is it with tyres, etc. If so, what height? Will we be ok to warm up with some of the equipment before we kick off the comp? Sorry for the questions, just someone was asking and it made me realise I was not 100% sure on whats what. | |||

| Out of interest, are they worth it? How much do people generally get out of them? I have always been kind of against suits unless its a national level comp, but everyone seems to be using them now, so maybe worth getting one. | |||

| I do my gym training in a barn, on top of a hill in the Tyne Valley....... so f**king freezing! Our event training is outside on a hill near Stanley, so even f**king colder! Haven't been able to get to events for a while cos of the snow. Bit fed up with the snow now tbh. | |||

| I would say you would have to do Dave Meer's show as the qualifier otherwise it would make a total mockery of having regional heats! Dave puts on a damn good show, so you will enjoy it. | |||
