I've already found a buyer, but could only get a tenner for you though. Seems
unequipped Yorkshire powerlifters aren't hot property.
Whereas a Yorkshireman who is equipped like me...Tongue

You obviously didn't specify South Yorkshire! It makes all the difference.

Quality training. That last triple with 290 was mighty fine!

I'm not quite sure what to say about that comment other than it made me laugh a lot! Thanks, I think!

This is the 120. The lads in the background are far more entertaining.

Today's (Saturday)

Front Squat up to

120x1
100x4

I'm going to stick at these with the aim of upping the singles by 5kg each session and increasing the 100kg reps by one rep each session. I'll aim for 155kg (double current bodyweight).

Some calf raises and leg extension stuff to finish.

Jock Reeves trains at, and offers training advice, at Muscle Madness! That's got to be worth 6 quid a week!

This is the thread referred to earlier. As eluded to, Hallam is good, when it's open. Muscle Madness is open 7 days a week now too.

Today's (Tuesday)

Squats High bar up to

140x1 Got bored so..

Front squats

70kg-100kg in 5kg increments, all for trebles. I enjoyed these, although I don't normally bother with them. I might try sticking some weight on and seeing how they go. Vid of the 100x3 below..

Bench all paused reps

100x3x8 Was meant to be 10 sets but my arse fell off with the dullness of it all.

My finest hour involves pulling s**tty pants out of the toilet one Christmas Eve after they wouldn't flush away. I threw them out of the bathroom window and sorted it the next day. Drink was involved.

brownbear said:i once drank 2 pints of milk one after the other in 6th form and developed the worst "gas" known to man.... on the bus home my farts were genuinely lethal. I was destroying the bus, not a single person was unaffected.... girls were screaming and running up and down opening all the windows.... I even heard one person say " I think a year 7 has s**t himself" .

I stayed quiet throughout.

Anyway i get off the bus and i walk past the shop on my way home and suddenly my desire to s**t is unsatiable, Do i go back or go the 300 yards to my house and get straight on the Krapper,,,,,,

I did neither,,,, I crossed the road in to the trees, pulled my pants down and exploded EVEERYWHERE!!! wiped my arse with leaves and went on with my walk home, sacrificing them undies forever

Grin

That's a beautiful story. I am 44 and have been following through since my late 30's. Life is more interesting as a result of this.

On the way to the gym I walked about 1.5 miles to the bus stop through a load of brass bands on whit Friday thinking I'd shat myself. Turned out I just had sweaty upper legs rubbing together

That is what is known as a result.
