I've been trying to reply to just one line of a previous post and quite frankly I'm making a right bo***cks of it. I'm assuming it's something I need to do with the icon things under the BB Code? Is that right or shall I just give it up as a bad job?

Do you drink?
Do you smoke?
Do you drive without a seatbelt?
Are you enstranged from a wife or child?
All these things people do when they should know better.
Doing a strongman competition is a very tame way of having fun and enjoying your hobby, its not like you're instantly going to rip a bicep or rupture your spleen or something, it takes a lot of abuse and misguided efforts, or just plain bad luck. But you can injure yourself feeling on top of the world too.

Yes, keyhole surgery.I had some flaky bits of bone scraped off my knee cap, so it's going to take longer to heal than if it had been the cartilage tear they thought it was.Unhappy

[IMG]http://i897.photobucket.com/albums/ac171/garrold/077.jpg[/IMG]... a knee op the other day. It hurts a bit. And it's gone all fat. This also means I'm off work, sat in the house EXTREMELY bored. Thank you for your attention.

Hello mate,
I normally train in my garage, but that was Temple Gym in wombwell.
It's a good gym but the floor where the power cage is located is very uneven.
Damon (the owner) is also a top bloke!

Thanks for the info. I might give it a try.

That looks a decent gym. Am I right in thinking you train somewhere out Barnsley way Paul?
