Kinda forgot I had a log. Weighed in at 18stone 9 lbs / 117kg this morning Log press Up to 95kg x1 100kg x1 Btn jerk Up to 90kg 3x2 Military press Up to 65kg 5x5 60kg x8 Paused cgbp Up to 75kg 5x5 Then some heavy complexs Tricep isolations Finish. Loving and hating complexs! Decided I'm not light enough to try to get stronger again so going to start a complex training style from next week and try and increase the already rapid nature of my fat loss. the summer is around the corner after all... | |||
