6am Deads no belt 70 x8 + 5 cleans 120 x8 160x5 180x3 200x3 210 2x3 200 x3 All easy but I seem to be naturally inclined to hitch as the speed slows, I suppose that's left over from strongman days. So I think some lock out work is in order for a few weeks or deads against bands. Sumos 120x5 140x5 160 2x3 180x1 Easy, havnt done in years, still feel like a big pansy when setting up. Glutes are lacking in squats so these should assist. Chins 3x5 Left it there, been doing steel erection all week so pretty sore and tired. Just getting the necessary in. | |||
