320+ unequipped Dead

250+ unequiped back squat

120+ Overhead Squat

140+ Clean and Press

100+ Snatch

150+ Behind Neck Jerk

Sub 120 BW - possibly compete in a U105.

Win Britains Natural Strongman!!

No serious injuries.

Wow, impressive if you can acheive these! Overhead squat, I'd be lucky to get 20kg lol.
Is there a Britains Natural Strongman with qualifiers, or is it a 1 off (the one Glen Danbury ran this summer?)

I dont think there all that impressive... there probably made harder by the desire to be lighter.

Ive pulled 285, Behind neck jerked 120, overhead squated 80, snatched 90, pressed 120 - cleaned 115. So its maybe 10% over the course of a year.

The comp is assuming that Glen runs a comp again. but he did mention potential qualifiars and different weight classes. will have to see.

  • 140kg for 5 push press
  • 160kg for 5 jerk
  • 300kg for 5 suited deadlift
  • 260kg for 5 wrapped squat
  • 155kg log
  • 350kg suited dead, 330kg belt only

300 for 5 would be insane. but its 86% of ur target 1RM. Will be very tough.

Hey.

I'd like to go see a physio for my knee, but I don't wanna pay 40 quid for the privilege of being told to rest forever and that squating hurts knees.

Any suggestions within Glasgow?

Cheers
