Back squat 20kg 2x10 60kg 2x10 80kg x10 100kg 2x10 120kg 3x5 Knee felt solid on all. All reps where controlled and easy! Shooting my hips on some reps Front squats 60kg 2x5 80kg x5 90kg x5 All fairly easy aswell Good mornings 50kgx8 70kgx8 80kgx8 All easy but my rom is s**t cuz I round my back if I go too far! Stiff leg deads 120kg 2x8 140kg 2x8 150kg 2x8 All easy but if I use too big a rom I round a tad. Need to sort this Overhead squats 20kg 3x10 just a stretch off Leg press 2x10 | |||

Im coming from Glasgow... Am i better getting a train/bus to edinburgh and the out to unit 20. or is their an easier way from Glasgow? Ive trained in unit 20 once, but would have no idea how to get their, robocop drove me over. Scott | |||

do a bit of research on it if your interested.. There is some research showing that there is high success rates eating a cream thats sold for something else... i cant remember of the top of my head what it is.. i think it is hydrocortisone. but im not 100% sure. I know all this because i thought i had adrenal fatigue.. it turned out i had sleep aphnoe. Low Test, high estrogen and lacking of some vitamins can also be contrued as adrenal fatigue. Adrenal ftigue is pretty serious, but is more likily to hit people who are living hectic lifestyles and putting their CNS's under huge pressure daily. So any strength athlete who also holds a stressful job and has a family etc is probably at risk. | |||

Thanks for the tickets for the first day weeman. Bigken and I should be coming over from Glasgow for this. With the irish power lifting open being the day before, would we be able to compete or is the entry list etc all sown up? All in all looks like an awesome line up and sure to be a great event. | |||

Very dodgy weekend in regards to sleep and nutrition. Today Deads 60kg x8 100kg x5 140kg x5 180kg x3 200kg x3 220kg x1 belt flew up 240kg x1 belt - tiny tiny hitch, was coming through anyway. Axle C+Press 60kg x5 75kg (1 clean 5 press)x2 90kg x0 90kg x0 belt - Couldnt get the clean right at all. 75kg (5 clean, 5 press) x3 Axle Push Press from Rack 90kg belt x5 90kg belt x3 would hope for more when jerking, didn't fancy jerks with my knee at the minute since my technique is sloppy at the best of times. NO fire, NO motivation, NO anger today at all. It was just one big slog. | |||
