sleep apnea is a c**t. ive dropped 35 kilos and think its a lot better but apparently im still snoring like a racehorse and spluttering away. defs feel more refreshed in the AM though.

have you found any of the other fixs except weightloss helping?

Weighed in at 122 / 19stone 3lbs today after breakfast. I had to get some other guys in the gym to test them to make sure that was accurate! Weight is falling off. :s

heres my plan:
continue training 3 times a week doing whatever tom tells me for the lifts
do some fairly basic movements in addition to this (chins, strict press) which i will progress on. this will keep me feeling like i am actually still improving and at the same time possibly have some carryover to the powerlifts. i will also keep doing bits of harry hypertrophy but only as i feel like, as i aim to be doing this for enjoyment, not because i have to.
other than this, i will spend less time in the gym and less time thinking about it. doing this will allow me to do some well needed focussing on other aspects of my life. this will include college work, reading about non lifting things that i find interesting, enjoying whats left of my social life and ofcourse spending more time creating and recording music with various projects that i have been neglecting.
in the mean time, i will be recovering from all the injuries i have acquired and more importantly correcting the things that keep causing them (mainly weak core and right hips/hipflexors) but i probably have all kinds of weird posture problems and stuff.
hopefully i will be back training properly sooner rather than later (i predict that this will be a small amount of months) and then i will come back not only stronger but hopefully also more resistant to injuries. more importantly though i will be excelling in other areas of my life as well and possibly even enjoying life.
