Cleans from boxs Up to 90kg x3 95kg x3 Deads Up to 200kg 3x5 + belt 3inch deficit deads (no belt + straps) 140kg x5 150kg x5 160kg x5 170kg x5 Front squat 60kg x5 80kg x3 100kg x3 + belt 120kg x3 Drop snatch 40kg x3 50kg x3 60kg x3 70kg x2 Db rows 50kg 3x8 Dead hangs Grip holds on end of dumbells Curls Big session and super happy with it. Dead were fast and easy. 210 3x5 next week then hopefully 220 3x5 the week after thenn ill have a crack at 272.5. | |||

sleep apnea is a c**t. ive dropped 35 kilos and think its a lot better but apparently im still snoring like a racehorse and spluttering away. defs feel more refreshed in the AM though. have you found any of the other fixs except weightloss helping? | |||

Weight is falling off. :s Military press Up to 75kg 3x5 - a few grinders of doom but got them. Bench Up to 90kg x5 95kg 2x5 Push ups 3x10 Tate press Band pull downs Side/front raises Chins X3 X2 X1 Add green band 2x5 X3 Prowler push 10m from lineman stance 100kg x2 120kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 140kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 160kg x2 180kg x2 + 2 10m sprints 200kg x2 Happy with the prowler. Starting to feel comfortable coming out of my stance really powerfully. | |||
