Squat 155kg- Easy 165kg- Loads harder than it should have been 170kg- F Bench Press 100kg- Easy 105kg- Easy 110kg- F Deadlift 180kg- Easy 200kg- Easy 207.5kg- Hard, but got it. Finished the day with 477.5kg. Competition PB total by 2.5kg. Not overly happy. Failed things I should be doing without too much difficulty really. I need to train harder. | |||
