207.5kg- Hard, but got it.

Finished the day with 477.5kg. Competition PB total by 2.5kg. Not overly happy. Failed things I should be doing without too much difficulty really. I need to train harder.

My head is my worst enemy. 162.5kg for a fairly simple double, in between sets confidence took a nosedive and I failed miserably with the next attempt.
