He said they are very powerful and they dont look that deep. Which part of that do you have a problem with?

And so it begins. Can you determine the actual depth from that video - no. So why comment on it, other than to be negative for negative sake ?

This type of s**t is so inspirational. Big year for Loz with how he is coming back after injuries.

Now that's a little more like it, not arse locking, just constructive and positive. Now answer your PMs you genetic freak Grin

I dont think you can tell from that angle anyway TBH
But, are you saying if someone puts a vid up of, for example, 300, and its miles high...folk shouldnt say so and should just kiss ass instead?
Added to this, I doubt Loz really gives a f**k if passerpaout thinks theyre high, low, 3 bags full!

No not at all. However, when someone has proved themselves on the international stage at a particular discipline to be one of the best, then comments like the above, especially as you say you can't tell from that angle, are only said to be derogatory.

What bar is that? Looks longer than a standard power bar. IronMind S-Cubed bar?

Is it any wonder why so many people have chosen to stop posting stuff on this site, with f**ktarded comments like that ?

When's the last time you put 340 on your back and even walked it out ?

The increase by 50% is absolute BS. However, they all do work, you just have to take them in a proper dose.
For example, almost, every person I have come across has been deficient in zinc. Hold 10ml of zinc sulphate solution in your mouth for about 10 secs, if you don't taste anything you are severely deficient; if you instantly spit it out because it tastes like s**t your not deficient. Then there is obviously the in between of those two ends.
The RDAs on the bottles are like the minimum wage, that's what the government say we should all be able to live on, but we know that's bulls**t and no one can. So in order to get my clients levels up I will get them to take 6 - 8 22mg zinc tablets a day for 3 weeks and then redo the test.
It's the same with D3, the packet tells you to take one tablet (500ius). You need to be taking at least 3,500 ius a day, which is similar to what we get on a sunny day; and as we live in England this is a supplement you need. I know these supps work because when it's a certain 'OFF' time my own levels come back very quickly.
At the end of the day, if you can afford them and they do not cause any harm what is the problem with supplementation ? Even if a placebo affect, it works.

not 100% true though.
No one really pushed him to be fair from what i saw. Gary isnt great at overhead and didnt complete the overhead medley. Still won it. Im not saying i agree with competing in your own comp, just stating that no one really pushed him on anything except deadlift.

Exactly and the overhead was not as heavy or as hard as it should have been in such a high level comp.

In all honesty this could be anybodys as some of the events aren't to the upper end of the weights for an open comp, the two medleys certainly aren't anyway. Frame carry looks hard, and hopefully see some very big deadlifts to.
Looking forward to hearing the results, and gauging where everyone is for the beginning of the season. Good luck to all who are competing and may the best man win.

This method works for some people, certain body types especially. However, one of the biggest problems I can see is what damage are you doing to your systems in the long run I.e your thyroid and insulin ? Also I don't care who you are or what your background, genetic makeup is, you cannot force feed yourself s**t foods indefinately without having serious health consequences.

I believe that lot down in Gloucester used to have a giant 250. I have a 235, rob has a 245 I believe. Felix lifted the 242 at the Arnold's which I believe is the heaviest lifted by a Brit but I had a torn bicep at the time. Iv3 don3 a set of 3 with my 235

We have that stone now. I intend on lifting it after I have mastered the 110 again lol
