Events change is annoying, but personally couldn't give a f**k, because I plan smashing them all whatever they are (obviously not the farmers LOL)

However, not having the very basics like:

Venue postcode
Time we need to arrive
Order of events
Rules
Officially confirmed list of competitors

is very disorganised to say the least, 12 days out, for such a major competition.

Lets save all the fire, aggression and pissing contests for on the day though and just answer the basics please.

Glen has also confirmed to me suits are not allowed. I believe he will be there on the day to.

I personally think changing any events and venue to one of the biggest national competitions less than 14 days out is a bit of a joke to be honest.

Coconut oil is very good because of the high amount of MCTs. Very healthy.

You also need to take into account what it's for and whether you need hydrolised or isolate.

It mimics insulin - apart from that, not much

Not quite, it creates insulin spikes and helps stabalise blood sugar levels.
Leucine is one of the three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and is unique in its ability to stimulate skeletal muscle protein synthesis. In fact, leucine has about a 10 fold greater impact on protein synthesis than any other amino acid.

Because he says so. Duh.

You are like playing chess with a pigeon -
No matter how good you are at chess,
the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces,
crap on the board, and then strut around like he has won.

You are genuinely boring.

Why is tinned tuna a bad source of protein ?

Wrong wording, sorry. It is a complete protein and does contain 3574mg of leucine per can. What I was trying to say is that Chicken breast, frozen or fish frozen, contain more leucine and are cheaper than tuna making them a better source on a budget.
» White FIsh (Frozen) (Go to post)31-05-2013 @ 09:13
When it comes to fish, budget and protein you have a couple of options:

If budget is not a question, then simply fresh fish all day.

If budget is an issue, which it is as the price is astronomical, then you can choose cheap tins of tune (not good quality protein at all) or frozen fish which is alot better quality than cheap tuna.

Also frozen chicken breasts are a good alternative if budget is tight to.

To ensure you are getting the most protein with each meal take Leucine with it to ensure maximal absorption. It not always about increasing the amount you eat to get more, but how you can get the most out of what you are eating.

Your absolutely correct my ar****le could do with a replacement ..
BUT you slag everyone off on here, say everyone are b**ches then when you have a question it's the only place you can turn too ..
I just find it ironic .

How the f**k is that ironic ?
If this is the place where the vomp is advertised, where else would you suggest I ask questions about the comp ?

Also never said everyone are b**ches, just the people who get involved in vomp discussions and debates when they are not in it, have nothing to do with it. Just in generally offering up their opinions when no f**ker asked or is in particularly interested.

Sugden and a few of its members were topic this weekend, and not for good reasons either. I respect you mark for what you do, have done for the sport and for your skills. However, find your interjection on here pointless and irrelevant.

I haven't got onto that part yet for a couple of reasons:

1 - I haven't been given the answer I don't want and
2. I'm not a narrow back 105 that needs a new ar****le
