WILLSAN said:yeah 1 rep. its probably easier just to look at the weights of national qualifiers to judge. heres the southern qualifier for esm for example -

EVENTS ; DEADLIFT FRAME 280kg's reps in 75 sec's

LOG for max [120kg start] lastman standing

YOKE 380kg 15m

SQUAT FRAME 280kg's reps in 75 sec's

VIKING PRESS 140kg's reps in 75 sec's

FARMERS WALK for distance 140kg's

Have you heard of any news for the midlands qualifiers mate ?

Nice work mate. Wish I could do that many chins with my fat ass. 300kg deadlift in the cold and with injuries is awesome mate.

lol. you could do your warm ups double overhand until you cant hold on anymore and then switch to mixed grip for your top sets. that way it wont affect your top end work.

nice idea. Mr Willsan comes up with the goods again. Cheers mate. I'm sure I owe you a drink now.

Did you drop them on purpose or by accident?

I'd like to say it was all planned but no it was a complete accident. Thought I'd roll them down the steps one at a time, first one slipped and fell to the floor. More careful on the second one you'd think no I'm a cock

We have all JTs equipment and it's all spot on and f**king 100% cheaper than Pullum or anywhere else and I can also confirm that they pass the drop test as I have dropped a couple down a large flight of stairs.

Personally I wouldn't risk ruining a set due to sweaty hands.

Trying to use every way I can to get my homosexual grip up. I'm even wanking with my weaker arm now.

My legs are the weakest part of my body, especially calves. Only just starting training them last 12 months. But as the saying goes Mr Small 'pain is weakness leaving the body'.
» thoughts please? training 1 body part per week! (Go to post)30-12-2009 @ 20:21
I'm no expert but would training one body part a week just over work it that week and then when you come round to do it again lose any strength gains, say if the rotation was a 4 week one.
