since most women cant really have an orgasm from normal stroke actions one should also factor in the high speed rubbing action where the distance covered by the cock might only be half an inch, but the speed could reach above 200bpm.

That may be true, but I reckon girth comes into it here, if you have six inch or more or a bellend diameter of 1 and 29/32s or greater then a high percentage will manage it from stroke alone. Smaller than that the percentage decreases. My researches have yet to reveal a cut-off point on the small side.

Threw ?

Or have you just raised your game from "deep as a robber's dog" and "eyes like a brick s**thouse" ?

I do still love that last one

What is an average stroke rate these days? About 90 bpm?

Good question. I'm really not sure. An 8" cock will have a 2" head so a 6" stroke so I'm guessing that it would be more than that. If I can think on next Wednesday I will do some research, but there is an excellent chance I will forget, you know, it being a week since the last time and all. But the more I think about it the more confused I get. Less than 60 would amaze me, over 120 would do the same, so 90 seems a perfectly reasonable figure, yet I have a niggling doubt that it's not correct.

Maybe, maybe not. It's a matter of length of stroke times stroke rate times time. Multiply all these out for your overall distance so to speak, anything under one mile and you should take your own life, anything over four miles and you should not bother, anything between one and four miles you should give it a go

Someone did, I don't remember who.

Where you not talking to the chest and touching whereas we are talking to one board and not reaching.

I do have to admit that you were closer to being correct than I was. Which only serves to remind me as to why I don't listen to me.

I listen to you though

Can't say for sure it'll be next week, but soon, certainly soon, and in time for the British

Wednesday 19th January, start 17:00

Quite full tonight, which is good, I head for the bench

Bench, raw, all kilos, working in with Joe the Terrible

20 x 20
20 x 20
all paused from here
60 x 5
60 x 5
100 x 3
110 x 2
120 x 2
130 x 1

Joe the Terrible + murderer's gloves = Pete + tight shirt

still kilos, still paused, second hand needs assistance to reach the bar

175 x 1 three boards
185 x 1 two boards
195 x 1 one board
205 x 1 one board

Aside fro the 175 none of these reached, all are close and pressed very nicely from the hands, but annoyance is mounting, Alan calls for 220

220 x 1 one board and still didn't quite touch, nice press though, just failed to lock it, but it went where it should have.

190 x 2 one board, again not quite touching but oh so near.

I am very happy with the 220, had it touched I would have done it, of that I am fairly certain, but from the hands this was good, I was a little nervous with this as the 205 before it had felt a little heavy, but the 220 felt no heavier, which was quite a pleasant surprise and can surely be no bad thing. Alan is barking instructions about making a bigger chest, but the chest is held firmly in place by the bluddy shirt. However the raised heel on the boots is paying dividends by enabling me to get my feet farther back and keeping my the weight of my arse by increasing leg drive.

Off to the home of the tubular bandage to see the lovely Louise and when I say see, I mean bounce her off every wall in the place. It may not be new, but lord it's fun

Monday, 17th January, start 17:00

Roughly three months to go so the old suit is back, the first couple of sessions back are always a bit rum.

Squat, old suit, no belt, naked knees, all kilos

20 x 10
20 x 10
60 x 5
60 x 5
60 x 5
100 x 5
100 x 5
140 x 3
wraps on
180 x 3
220 x 3
240 x 3
250 x 3

There was a bit of scraping and general discomfort on the thighs as the suit reminded of why I love it so, and of course the tightness of the suit took a shade off the depth so most of these fall under the heading of borderline, but it will all come together in a few sessions. All in all sweet enough, something to build on, the suit and I are old friends, we just need to get re-acquainted. Handsome Fred, Aaron and Dr Rick all benched well, which is just as well as they compete in less than a fortnight. End 18:30 and offski after a brief chat with some of the younger members about underpants and the grooves one gets in the sides of ones fat head when ones glasses are a shade too small. The reason being that the glasses-makers of the world want about five hundred quid extra for glasses that are just a few millimetres wider. Sod that for a game of soldiers as the old saying goes. Grooves suit the larger gentleman.

I have emailed Fred Sterry, who apparently made the decision, to tell him exactly how happy I am as a lifter to be messed about like this at a fortnight's notice. f**king ludicrous imo. There's no way a national meet should be weighing people in at 9 when they're not going to be lifting until the end of the day, and there's no way that an organisation should be switching people's plans around at this sort of notice.

I would be interested to see his reasons. I totally agree with you, this is disgraceful behaviour in my opinion.
