60kg 2x5
80kg x5
100kg x5
120kg x5 (belt on)
140kg x8
Felt good today. Aiming for 15+ reps at this weight for the end of the year. Ideally would like 20 reps.

Speed deads
worked up to multiple sets of 2 reps with 150kg.

Farmers (low handles)
70kg each hand 2x15m
100kg each hand x 15m
120kg each hand x 15m
The pick up is obviously harder than the higher farmers, but was happy.

185kg frame x10m
80kg barrell to 42 inch platform
210kg yoke x10m
90kg barrell to 42 inch platform
Moving parts were fast. Would like to be slicker with the loading.

205kg frame x10m
80kg barrell to 42 inch platform
250kg yoke x10m (bashed yoke on sacks at the side that put me off my stride and had to take a couple of extra pick ups)
Loading was better and frame was fine, but pissed off with mess up on yoke.

250kg x 15m
Quick and finished on a high.

82.5kg x2
92.5kg x 4 doubles
Increased the top sets by 2.5kg from last week and were good

Truck thick handle db (1 clean and push jerk)
35kg x6 (3 left hand 3 right hand)
45kg x6 (3 left hand 3 right hand)
55kg x6 (3 left hand 3 right hand)
Did an extra rep on each hand in comparison to last week.

Barrell 1 motion overhead
72 kg x5 singles

Axle power clean and power jerk
55kgs x plenty
65kgs x plenty
75kgs x 2
85kgs x 2
90kgs 2 x 2
All ftoh and the presses were really easy with plenty in the tank.

Axle doh deads (with straps)

worked up to 195kgs x3
Was first time doing these and they felt ok technique wise.

110 to middle platform x miss ??
110 to middle platform x 1
120 to middle platform x miss ??
120 to middle platform x 1
145 to low platform moved about 2inch off the floor a few times.

Running out of time so these were a little rushed and crap really. Spoke to robbo who gave me some good ideas about how to train stones which i try out next time.

Wanted to go lighter on these today and both top sets were sound.

70kg each hand x 15m
70kg each hand x 15m
110kg each hand x 15m
110kg each hand x 15m

All sets on these were fast as i wanted them to be. Very happy.

170kg x 15m quick
210kg x 15m quick
260kg x 15m Once i got going these were ok
210kg x 15m quick

The 260 on the yoke was good after about 2/3 metres but i want them to be faster still. Enjoyed today. Had a couple of bad sessions last week but things seem to be getting better.
