Never used a belt in years and never been totally convinced of the need for them but then again I've not done PL or strongman training for any period of time.Assuming I need one (and I'm happy to be told otherwise ) then I'd like some guidance. I'm not rich but neither do I want to waste money on a sh*te one when a few more quid would get me something decent.I was looking on Pullum Sports earlier and their suede belt looked decent although £60 seems a f*cking lot.Any help would be welcome. | |||

Really looking forward to this lads. I'm just finishing a cut in which I've come down from 90k to about 78k and I'm currently weak as p*ss but I'm hoping a good 16 weeks worth of training should allow me not to make a t**t of myself on the day. I've never done much strength training or powerlifting apart from benching but I've been into bodybuilding type working out for years. I do have a three lift total but the squat and deadlift were pretty much first time lifts.Again these are not current lifts but pb's. S-150k B-135k D-190k I'm hoping to really get the squat and deadlift numbers up and hopefully hit my longtime target of a 140k bench. I'll also hopefully be doing some event training with Tony so there will be no excuses on the day ! |
