Not posted on here for a while Rob but just to throw my hand into the PB chart

Jerk - 180
Power Clean - 160
Front Squat - 192.5
Push Press - 125
Strict Press - 100
Back Squat x 20 - 160

Rob, if those 70x3 push presses were a PB then you need to bang more weight on mate, they were decidedly comfy humphry from where i was standing, certainly not PB material. You could've given 80x3 a good old bash last night the way the 70's were going up!!!

Well done Rob, nice right up sounds like you did ok. Although i would shy away from letting Alan know you played cricket all day Saturday prior to competing on the Sunday.

You'll know better next time. And you should be looking to get to a full 110 or beyond as a junior and pile some serious pounds on them Pb's never mind reducing!?!?!?!?

Nice deadlifting Rob, it all seems to be coming together ready for the comp!!! You may have lost some considerable weight, however, since losing the barnett!!!
