Pre centre parcs KB snatches
20kg x2 x15 per arm then 15 on left 5 on right... decided this is aggravating my shoulder so left it at that. Now I'm fully ripped for my holiday! lol

Cheers about the hol, I intend too, might not be too relaxing though, with our 2 year old daughter and another family with a 2 year old and a 6 month old! Centreparcs here we come!! Grin

Had to leave it there. Went for 14" instead of the 18"s we were gonna do and found them really hard (again) in fact I got 232.5kg in January! tut
