Correct. But I weighed 7kg more. Lol. Squat was 10kg up. And easier. Was ill for the last month of training too. Lol.

NW Powerlifting comp
Carlisle

Squat warmup didn't feel great so played a bit safe:
160/167.5/175. Good.

Bench...failed 115 due to not waiting for start command. Was really easy press but didn't wanna risk another mistake so went:
120/125. Good.

Deadlift been rubbish lately but warm ups went better than expected.
200/210/215. Good.

Still a bit under the weather!

Squats (upto possible 2nd lift Ish)

172.5kg x2, 1

More than I've squatted in a loooong time. Last comp 3rd list was 165kg.

Deadlift
200kg x1
210kg x1, 1, 1
210 felt heavy but deadlifts have been poor lately so that was actually better than expected.
