Also think he’ll not need to do the stone off to get to the final. I was thinking Licis would be more likely, but I changed my mind. Novikov is always a threat. If he can get through his heat. | 2nd April Luke cramped at Brits. Wasn’t he ok at Arnold’s? Deadlift ladder might be better for him than reps or max deadlift. Possibly. Dunno. Novi can still use straps. But obviously it wastes time. Surely he can get a few reps without then use them for last reps? That’s what most will do I assume. I don’t think hooks will be allowed will they? | |||
