still working on getting the over head squat right my knees travel to far forward and mees every thing up Eek Angry

also giving it 110% on forcing my elbows up and getting the flexibility need to catch the bar after the clean Grin

slow progress but i have nothing but time so not rushing it.

did some light jerks both front and behind the neck more emphasis on the foot possition in the split more then the weight going up

2-3 hrs of snatch and c&j but broken down in to there different parts finished me off but loving it

we do my deadlifting and upper back work later to day depending how i feel Grin

done some light snatch work doing triples with 50kg tring to get it right befor i load it up and kill myself

spent 10-15mins tring to get mt clean grip sorted to much bench press has made it hard for me to catch the bar

will keep on got big plans if i can get these 2 lifts right Grin Grin
