3x12 per leg in alot of pain

did some single leg hamstring work

no no we phone the order then we send who ever pulls the short straw up to the car park to pick it up as they phone us back when they leave and then happy days

some time we have chicken wraps and theres even a burger king 2 mins up the road

eatting out side is great nothing better then a nice summers night have a cold can (coke for me as i am t total) and burger/ hot dogs on a bbq great times

Good repping on the rows as well, do use straps ? my grip would probably give out at 8 - 10 with that weight after deads.

only use straps when my hands give out

hey hey

im looking at buying a log for the gym and was wondering if any of you guys have the 25kg strength shop 1 and if you could give any feed back

its going to be used with our personal training clinets thats why we are looking at the 25kg log so every 1 can use it
