Wednesday 13 may

bench all weight is kgs

60 X 12 warm up
60 x 12 again
80 x 5
90 x 5
105 x 9

followed by 5 sets of 10 with 80k and some pushdowns for good measure

felt good tonight all weights moved fast of the chest in and out tonight only an hour

Me and my partner in crime have decided it was about time we started a training log so here goes

Monday 11 may

Squats all weight in kgs

60 x 10 warm up
60 x 10 warm up
105 x 5
125 x 5
145 x 7
then did 5 sets of 10 at 105 to finish off

all sets were deep and strong this is week 1 of a 4 week cycle following the 5.3.1 training program
