5x10 on 107.5

still full of cold + nutrition is bad/s**t KFC is NOT the food of champions

two more sessions of BIG then a deload week then start assistance cycle lovin 531 so far

feeling s**tty my better half has given my her cold which is good of her
Did warm up in Sumo for a change

192.5x5 i know there is more there but due to the early morning session just didnt feel in the right frame of mind

assistance was 5x10 140 rest time was down to 1 min flat didnt feel the need to hurl this week

Squats tonight all weight in kgs

150x7 could of pulled 2-3 more out the bag but due too super moaning off Dax and Bob i have stopped squtting high bar and now forcing the bar down my back squats feel stronger and back is much tighter but my limp wrists are giving my s**t have to start power w#%king to get the strength up

they were followed by 5x10 on 107.5 fellt better than last week form and set up is coming on lovely

Deadlift tonight all weight in kilo

100 x 8 warm up
100 x 8 warmup again
140 x 5
165 x 5
185 x 5

followed by 5 sets of 10 with 140 real killer tonight i was shaking like a s**tting dog by the end of the session but unlike dax i know no shame Grin

Limped to the car back in bits but very happy with the session thanks to bob for being the official counter and dax for pushing me
