| Long story short but no, were doing 2 comps this year Opens and U105, to be fair the only heavy ish event is the yoke farmers medley, but everything else is around inters weight anyway! Also shane decided to lower weights once so dont really want to be lowering futher. Its nothing serious ie leads onto a national show so personally id use the comp as a warm up for season/tester | |||

| Myself and shane have sadly not received much interest in this competition, if we do not receive sufficient interest in the up coming weeks we will be forced to cancel this competition ! In its place we propose to host a Novice/First timers competition with similar events but obviously lighter weights;.would this be more welcomed as we understand there are currently more open shows than any other and our competition is very close to several big qualifiers ? Thank you, we hope we can continue to host our competition with your support. | |||

| I said:Hosted at winnington lodge northwich on Sunday 1st of April 2012. 1st event- Max axle 130kg start weight 10kg increments last man standing 1 fail and your out ! 2nd event- barrel load onto 52" platform, 100,120,130 fastest time wins 90sec time limit. 3rd event- Max axle 18" deadlift start weight 280kg 10kg increments last man standing 1 fail and out ! 30 min break 4th event- 350kg super yoke 15m then 150kg farmers 20m fastest time wins 75 sec time limit. 5th event- lorry pull (same as uks set up 2011) 20m fastest time wins. 16 competitors maximum £20 entry fee, were sorry if this seems steep but due to renting of lorry + haulage van and kit for show we were forced to increase price, and the last 3 shows weve hosted shane has sadly made quite a substantial loss and with having to replace kit we have no othe option. | |||
