Handstand with fingertip support 20 seconds in 3 set each arm

Handstand on parellettes 90 seconds in 3 sets

Advanced front lever tuck 60 seconds in 3 sets

Planche advanced tuck 4 sets, 60 seconds total time

Planche tuck pressups 4 sets of 5

Back lever tuck 2 sets, 60 seconds total time.

Handstands with finger tip support: 4 sets, 20 seconds total time on each arm

Bouldering: workout up to some V4's and finished with slacklining, grip work and bar muscle ups.

Handstand with finger support 20 seconds in 4 sets
Advanced front lever tuck 60 seconds in 3 sets

Weight training:

Snach 90kg x1x5sets
Squat 160kgx1, 140kgx3
Snach pulls 100kgx3, 120kgx3
Snatch dead 140kgx3

Head to toe stretch 3x72 pulses

Hey everyone, moving forwards i am going to log my training in here.

Some stats
Age: 25
Weight: 75kg
Comp PBs:
Squat 255kg
Bench 170kg
Deadlift 270kg all @ 93kg
Snatch 100kg
Clean and jerk 140kg @ 77kg.

Gym PBs
Snatch 113kg at 77kg
Clean and jerk 150kg at 80kg

Current goals:
One arm handstand 5second hold
Improve @ tumbling/gymnastics
Front lever straddle
Planche straddle
Head to toe
Improve at bodyweight strength movements such as handstand press ups, stalder press etc

Lower priority goals:
Snatch pb
Clean and jerk pb
Bench 140+
Squat high bar 200+
OHP 90kg
