Gym PBs Snatch 113kg at 77kg Clean and jerk 150kg at 80kg Current goals: One arm handstand 5second hold Improve @ tumbling/gymnastics Front lever straddle Planche straddle Head to toe Improve at bodyweight strength movements such as handstand press ups, stalder press etc Lower priority goals: Snatch pb Clean and jerk pb Bench 140+ Squat high bar 200+ OHP 90kg |
