ok, ill bow to your superior knowledge on the rest week then.

Ill have a think about my openers then. Was thinking along the lines of

Squat 150-155 (best 170 without belt, would like to think i could PB with a belt on.)
Bench 110-115 (best is 130 but 110 is eeeeaaasssy)
Deadlift 200 (again, no belt best is 220. been doing alot of plate lifts recently to help me get it off the floor, so that with a belt id like to think i could PB by 5-10kg's)

Cheers, Ill drop the volume down, go for a few heavy singles this week, next week ill drop down to openers and make sure im not going to scratch on the day.

Not sure i wont to have a total rest week prior, maybe just a few light reps with some lighter assistance work thrown in.

Finally got my hands on a belt ive been waiting for for a month. so need to get that worked in somehow too. lol

O happy days.

Drop intensity?

Drop volume?

Is it just the diameter of the legs stopping it going up?

You tried slipons, or the old plastic bag trick?

Might try that then.

Feels like its more than a muscle though. Feels like laigaments or tendons or could be a disk problem but well worth a try

It should still help. good for tissue repair.

I posted this in one of the other threads.

If i pull a muscle etc i mega dose on glutamine for a few days. gets me back on track quicker. 20-30g a day.
