I've only recently started to add them into my routine and now i'll be devoting more time with them to assist with the upcoming olympic strongman comp. I'll be going for a PB on Thursday Happy. Certainly hard work!

The upcoming comp is a massive motivator mate. Grin . Can't wait. It's not that i'm lazy or can't be arsed to train etc (i love it), but just on the very odd occasion i feel like i could do with a boost (not mental, but physical) to really maximize an important (big PB attempt etc) sessions effectiveness.

Like i said smalls, the fat loss is something that i would not be too keen on. Losing fat is not on the agenda.

I'm sure it will be possible, but why 600 @ 75 now? Why not put 100% focus into 450 first? Then 460, 470 etc etc. Don't set 600 as your goal mate, you'll just become depressed, small battles are the way forward bud.

I'll have a scout and see what i can find. I wouldn't want to take it every session, just on the rare occasion when i really can't seem to get fired up or an important milestone is being attempted. I've found that it's a good fat loss drug, thats definately a side effect that i would not like. Any one got any advice on any other such supps that might do the job? (I currently just whack a couple of pro plus down me with a swig of red bull, but this doesn't seem to be too potent anymore).

I was just wondering wether any of you had any experience of using ephedrine? The reason i'm intrested is because sometimes i just don't feel i have the energy to train and want something that will give me a kick up the arse.
