» Energy for training whilst losing weight, caffeine? (Go to post)18-07-2007 @ 13:06
I have a large bowl of porrage before training and often eat fruit pastals during training then worry about keeping cals low that evening/night. Also i have caffine tablets im going to start using. Theres quite a few pre-work out drinks you can buy that are actually quite good and eph free. Oh and even diet red bull?

Rick iv got questions about your coan bench program, how good have you found it? what kind of strength increases might i expect? Do you bench once or twice a week with it?
Cheers

Great idea!!
I'm still at uni here and i had thought about a club but never took it any further since im really new to the sport. Do you think it would be possible to allow those who have already graduated to join a club? That way we could have quite a few more members?

I heard Tyson used to squat 150kg for reps and someone else in the gym thought it was alot higher than this?? Id be surprised considering the involvement of the legs in a strong punch if many heavy-weights didnt train their legs?

If your not all ready you could try creatine? It helps my recovery rate, i'v heard of runners using it too.

haha yea i trained at the workhouse last summer a bit, heard about the roof, crazy! Eek Just glad that to get into the sugden you dont have to go up the nightmare of a staircase like the fire escape at workhouse!!
Depending on where you live and if you have a car etc id recommend No limits in marple, really good well equiped hardcore body building gym. Or the sugden of course..
