Shoulders today! As I can't bench tomorrow due to work! Strict press 20kg - 5 20kg - 5 40kg - 5 40kg - 5 60kg - 5 80kg - 2 90kg - 1 100kg - fail Push press 90kg - 5 100kg - 3 120kg - fail 120kg - 1 Weak as f**k!!! Not done shoulders for over a year! Lol Thin 9inch log 40kg - 5 presses 40kg - 5 presses 60kg - 5 presses 60kg - 5 presses 80kg - 3 presses 80kg - 3 presses DB shoulder press upto 40kg each hand for 4! | |||

Squats after a 20hour shift and 3hours sleep! was expecting this to be HARD as f**k with the heat as well! SQUATS against bands in breifs 70kg - 5 120kg - 5 170kg - 5 210kg - 2 250kg - 2 with knee wraps was an Equal PB without bands 4 sets of 6 on thigh extention and was VERY f**kED!! couldnt train anymore! blood Sugars been abit weird at the moment! checked them and was 3.6...If Anyone knows there s**t | |||

Last week Friday deadlift 70kg + bands - 5 120kg + bands - 5 160kg + bands - 3 190kg + bands - 3 200kg + bands - 2 [ felt like 270kg + at top] 200kg - 3 220kg - 3 250kg - 2 Deadlift is going so s**t at the moment because when I get to just before lock out I get a MASSIVE pain in my top back Then again when the bar is on the floor and I let go! Sore as f**k Monday SQUATS ALL THESE SQUATS WAS REVERSE BAND + CHAINS ON A BOX Briefs on 60kg - 5 100kg - 5 140kg - 5 180kg - 5 220kg - 3 Suit on 240kg - 2 260kg - 1 Hard as f**k box squats!! Deadlift tonight. | |||
