My Best Strongman Event Stuff ... 250Kg Yoke 30m ( Very Slow And Not So Steady ) haha. 102Kg Each Hand Farmers 20m 90Kg Stone 7 Reps Over 4ft 6 ... Thursdayyy Event Training With Some Big Men ... Warmed up on a half size log clean n press - 52kg, 62kg, 72kg, 82kg Then went outside were the lads was doing the big tyre, this weights 330kg i flipped it three times, then another 3 times after a few people had done there sets. Duck Walk And Tyre Drag Medley, 112KG duck walk 20metres and a tyre with a f**kin slab of concrete ( f**kin heavyy ) 20M, i wish someone had timed it because i recon i did ok.
