Todays squatting was all in briefs Saftey bar squats 30kg- 6 30kg - 6 80kg - 5 80kg - 5 110kg - 5 170kg - 3 210kg - 1 250kg - 2 reps but was both high! was only going for 1 but it was high so went again and was still high! Sumo deadlifts 60kg - 5 100kg - 5 140kg - 3 180kg - 3 200kg - 3 240kg - 1 Reverse Band Box Squats 60kg - 5 100kg - 5 140kg - 5 180kg - 5 220kg - 5 Legs well and truley DEAD! | |||

todays squat session Camber Bar, on to a box 20kg - 5 70kg - 5 120kg - 5 170kg - 5 200kg - 2 220kg - 2 240kg - 2 These are really hard!! only had breifs on! Sumo Deadlift 70kg - 5 120kg - 5 160kg - 5 200kg - 2 240kg - 1 little bit of leg assisance to finish off with! then a 30min walk! | |||
