3, if i dont have a plan i just piss about and dont meet a set target, or try and break said target, i just seem to pick random numbers out my head and think itll be a good idea. trying to avoid that

with acessory work been some of following

mon squat,
bulgarian split squat, fronts, abs

wed bench,
close grip, tris, rowing, chins (maybe a little guns for the beach)

fri dead,
GM, stiffs, hyper ext, leg curl, abs

sunday at strongman gym, mothing too lowerback mental, just what ever comes with some shoulders each week and upper back and grip

Neck easing off but still a little stiff.

Either way went to gym to try and stayloose

All both arms

1 arm dumb snatch 30/5 40/5 50/5

1 arm dumb c+p 65/3 75/2 85/2 95/1pb 105/1pb

Cont c+p just to practice 135/3 185/1 205/f press cleans easy

Speed squat 135/3 /4 /5x5

Chin 4 sets of 3 grips

Although the pb's were that they still didn't feel all out I'd puttoney on a 115 at least on the right

The cleans were easy but still can't press 90k over head. Although these were so close and 205 was a guess to be near 90k actually 93 so maybe the 90 would of gone up

I think he's around the 90 but the way he's squatting 140 he won't be for long

Marlys friend is 85 . Plus there's not talk of one in scoland. I reckon people would travel

Planned on gym but thought best to rest neck as still robotesk

1 arm of my scrubs was tighter than the other. I now have an excuse to do more curls

Today at unit

One of the first things I did was crick my neck pressing 60k log. Not the start to last events pracice before comp I wanted, however........

Pressed log at 60 65 70 just to keep eye in

20m yoke 130
190 16 secs
220-1 drop in 29 sec pb

280 tire flip x3 in 35 sec

Picked up the 280 hold frame to see which grip I prefer

Stones to 51". 85 x3 each with slightly better technique. Good by the end
100 pb
117 lapped pb
