Yeah just another variation of the bench I chuck in, I was more interested to see where I was at as I know I had more in me when I did it a few weeks ago, I try and change my ME movement every week but a little restricted down halo with kit

Cheers mate, had a nice little leg work out with the amount of times I was up and down on the toilet lol, yeah still got the old faithful red one I couldn’t believe how easy it was the 210, kinda annoyed I didn’t go heavier, with 5/6 till I compete I’m confident of hitting 190-195 for a new comp pb

Yeah I think it’s there but I’ll stay strong and keep to my program, I like this movement I basically put 2 chairs in front of the bench and rest my feet on them I find it keeps me balanced whilst I’m layed out flat, I’m glad Geoff is at the gym on a Monday glad to have a decent spotter when using max effort weights
