Ive been competing in single lift bench press for the last couple of years with the BDFPA and now I'm taking the step into full power. Illness has killed progress the last few months hence the s**t numbers ive been throwing around but I'm back healthy and ready to smash 2017 and my first full power comp in 2018. Bench Press week 1 Day1 Bench Press 130kg 5x5 Wide Grip Bench Press 100kg x10, 110kg2x8 Close Grip 100kg 3x8 DB Fly 16kg 3x10 BW Dips 5x15 Finished off with 20mins interval sprints on the treadmill |
