I don't really have a particular goal weight, I've lost approx 1 stone, and am now 17. Suppose loosing another 0.5 of a stone would be nice.

God all mighty you are strong.

I've never used an adjustable hammer. We have about 4 hammers in the gym I go to, each hammer is of a different weight. I tend to use them in a variety of weight for grip strength.

Whenever I see someone hit a tire with them, I worry they might let go mid swing, and that the hammer will hit me.

Still cutting.

25 kg Dumbbell Presses Flat bench... 3 sets

25 kg db presses incline bench ...3 sets

15 kg db flyes flat bench 3 (or 4?) sets

Deadlifts

135 kg X 20.

Then did 3 further reps holding the bar at the top for grip development.

Barbell rows 60 kg... 5 sets in total 3 normal and 2 with my palms facing outwards.

Pulldowns with my wrist wraps round the bar to thicken it a bit. 3 sets.

Hammer curls for grip. Then some plate pinches.

You can have a thick (non fatty) torso from training with big weights.

Indicators have varying re liabilities depending on that you apply them to. For example, you could use something as an indicator for one individual, or an entire population of individuals. An indicator could work perfectly well at the population level, but not at the level of the individual.

I think this offer should be made to those who have no source of income.

It could be a boil. It is common to get boils in that area. More common than you may have previously imagined. If I had to put money on it, such as the new cow-fiver, I'd put money on it being a boil. But putting a new cow-fiver on a boil won't help.

Wayne..I am sorry to interfere with your thread by writing about cow-fivers and boils, but the current dermatological status of Jack Revans's inner thigh is causing me some concern.

I train in Lancashire...but I trained a while back round your area, and if I remember correctly, the gym was in Wakefield, rather than Leeds.
