Didn't feel up for this session really, trying to fit it in around call outs never works very well. Deadlifts Worked up to 3x225kg Pushpress 2x102.kg Chins BW+6.25kgx7 First deadlift flew up, second was a grind, third made it past kness and stalled. A little bit of hitching and a few seconds later managed to lock it out. Funny thing is the first felt so easy I had flashes of getting 5 but I seem to tire very quickly, not quite sure how to sort this out. | |||

Alright Dave mate. The volume is pretty low but it works for me. Tried Kortes and Smolov but neither did anything for me weight wise. Kortes did sort my form right out though. Tuesday Squats 5x60kg 3x100kg 3x140kg 3x185kg Benchpress 5x60kg 3x80kg 3x100kg 1x120kg 3x135kg Barbell rows 8x85kg Pleased with squats and bench progress. Did well to make 3 on bench as I clipped the stand on the 2 rep which threw me a bit, made the third rep a right grind. | |||
