A) deadlift belt on 320x1 325x4 B) low bar squat beltless 180 5x5 deadlift warm ups felt amazing, was trying our some different cues in my head but then 320 didn’t move as good as I wanted so I went 325 for reps. 100% a PB coming in soon! had a big few weeks so very fatigued | |||
