» Insulina Power! (Go to post) | 24-10-2015 @ 16:57
Post Edited: 24.10.2015 @ 17:00 PM by Buddha If it helps, it is a commun issue, so Dan Green also had a answer: Unfortunately that is a common problem people get. It's basically from the compression of the hamstring and lower leg and ankle. Any tight muscles around the calves, achilles, peroneals, IT band and quad can all contribute. Because it's an overuse injury primarily, however, you'd likely just need to back off a bit, let the problem subside, then build up the weights and volumes at a speed that you CAN handle not necessarily the speed you WANT to handle. McMuffin_Gains said: Thats interesting because I'm fairly certain the symptoms are worsened by rebound bouncing out of the hole so paused work giving you less grief would make sense. Cheers. I actually had the problem with highbar pause squats and to deep frontsquats, when i started to mobilize practically everything and doing the weighted barbell stretch and a toe, ankle, calve stretch the problem vanished. http://sportivnypress.com/documents/54/htmlimport_cao_Lei_knee...

Post Edited: 24.10.2015 @ 15:38 PM by Buddha Did you tried to roll(foam) the calves out? And also the reason for your pain must not be the calves itself, that bad ankles could cause the painspot? Because i read you got the ST-Cuffs, did you tried to use them at your calves?

And voting for insulia results in a infringement of a contract, you have now to vote for Jordan, because i technically would rim Taylor Swift. Even you(if hetero) would rim Taylor Swift, even if you are married. Funky_monkey said: (m) 710.00KG@140.00KG BW = 396.75 (m) 497.00KG@83.00KG BW = 331.75 Nearly 20% better. The_Lone_Wolf said: Your skirt around the question like a high class solicitor. All we need to know is, would you feast upon her stage warmed fish slice like a ravenous tramp? Your friends vote depends on this, and if you was a good friend, you'd tell me you'd rim her backy pouch like a pro. "like a high class solicitor" ... :3 This is actually a difficult question, because first it depends on something, like do i have a choice? Because i know one (23yr., female) sweaty butt crack that i would rather rim and even rim for free. So if i would, could i choose which backy pouch i have to rim? And to be fair, here are enough people who would rim Taylor Swift for free and would pay for that.

Women strength standards differ because light classes and women are favored, atleast in western europe. So a women can still pull off 40kg in the bench, has 50 wilks and could win a national championship. Also women don't compete and there are to less women in the sport, so strength standards are ridiculous low, to actually say the truth. The russian standards are much harder and even the norwegian standards are high.

Many of you did follow the USPLA(IPF Affliate) competition. And also possibly follow and read about Greg Nuckols, also he silently is asking why a tested powerlifter(Norris) was able to break untested records. To deliver some information: 1. Teil: http://www.strengtheory.com/the-science-of-steroids/ 2. Teil: http://www.strengtheory.com/steroids-fo ... th-sports/ Have fun. http://www.strengtheory.com/your-drug-f ... al-part-1/ http://www.strengtheory.com/your-drug-f ... al-part-2/ My humble opinion is that Nuckols is just plain wrong because he ignores the rule of the individual and that also AAS-users are individuals themself and that people have to much dissimilarity to compare them. |
