Hey All, Monday Training of Bench Dead Push Press. Hamstrings were screaming from Monday's training. Happy to have it done and now time to recover!!

Wed. Training today was Bench/Dead/Push Press behind neck. It was good training overall. Beginning to miss looking forward to strongman even day on fri. or sats. Barbell is starting to bore me a bit. SO,turn up the tunes, had a good time jamming out, and getting the work done. Here is how it went;

Another solid day there Will, for someone who is on a recovery week. Do you think the stretch at the bottom of the Chins helped? I'm sure the pulls on deads maybe a secret to stretch that shoulder back into action in the next couple weeks. We will have to test it next week or so on a log or axle?

I may have pulled more but I have no record of it really so put pb's on the list that I can remember doing in the last year. Didn't want to inflate the PB's first thing.
