Wasnt lookimg forward to today as not rested my legs all week. But was pretty happy with tonights work.

Squats
Plenty of fronts with empty bar to warm up.

Was supppsed to do 160x5x5 squats but just didnt have it in me today. Eating amd sleeping had been good so lost to why i didnt hit it.

Finally a positive session, after naff all sleep and my nerve still twinging.

202.5x3 was aupposed to be 5 but form was slipping, and was happy enough with that.

40x2 each arm glute still not right so left it.

Cheers mate, there was 7 of us last night, was a few more last week. One guy brought a Vyper vibrating foam roller, it's amazing but 125 is a lot of money.

Get your name down for it and just enjoy the day. Yes the likes of Paul Smith and Ashton are on another level to most opens never mind juniors, but you'll still find you might mix it up in one or two of the events.
