My best doh was 220 when i did 250 mixed (texas bar)

I very rarely use straps as i cant get on with them, and i always doh warming up.

I wouldn't worry about it. People with big skinny hands are always going to have an advantage.

Cheers mate. Ive had a little advice from a friend. Neglected the volume for a long time. Was worried i was going to burn out by the top sets but feel good so far.

So ive had 5 days resting, heat treating and stretching. Still painful but thought id get back in a just get a feel for where its at today.

Bar x20x2 really struggle to go deep as hips are tight. Did some more warms ups to loosen of a bit.
