Great session. Wasn't expecting much as I moved house yesterday so was pretty tired but felt pretty good.

Great session the 282.5x7 was easy, stopped at 7 as it will make my weight 290 next week. Started pulling Sumo aswell just to see if offers any carryover to conventional.
