really happy with the progress made with this program, the 170 was easy, so much easier than 2 weeks ago. the front squats are not comfortable yet as my ankle clicks horribly at the bottom of each squat, gonna see the physio see what she says but she'll probably say the dreaded word "REST"

Jerks were good, hit the 100x5 so very happy, felt like i didn't hold the first rep at the top for long enough (bit too eager to get through the reps) but the other 4 reps felt strong. Filmed the 90, 95, and 100 so video to follow. also filmed the hang snatch as i'm looking for tips on my technique.
