training 23-04-09 Great session today i was persuaded to go for a pb after my 5x5 by one of my mates and it went up easy with a pb deadlift by 10kgs. felt easy aswell think 240 is on the way very very soon! Deadlift 170x5 180x5 190x5 200x5 210x5 230x1 (new P.B) WG chins BWx8 BWx8 BWx7 Bench pulls 80x8 80x8 80x8 threw in some chins at the end as well. Great day! | |||

training today Went into the gym today to catch up on a missed rugby weights session but i ended up doing this: Cleans 3 sets of 4 reps x100 kgs Hang snatches 3 sets of 4 reps x70 kgs behind the neck jerks 90x5 100x1 110x1 120xf 120x1 Never really done BTN before so enjoyed it. still working on my technique on cleans so didn't go mental today. |
