Great session today, didn't go mental on the squats as i'm still recovering from a slight quad strain. happy considering it was the first squat seeion for 3 weeks.

Couldn't squat today due to a quad strain i picked up yesterday playing 7s so did some upper body hypertrophy instead... pretty much beach weights!

Great session today i was persuaded to go for a pb after my 5x5 by one of my mates and it went up easy with a pb deadlift by 10kgs. felt easy aswell think 240 is on the way very very soon!

Never really done BTN before so enjoyed it. still working on my technique on cleans so didn't go mental today.
