Great session today squats finally getting back up there. disappointed with the 150 fail on fronties, just lost balance. Did the hamstring stuff at the end just to prevent any injuries due to muscle imbalences.

Awesome session. Pulled 250 so i'm over the moon. didn't expect it, the plan was to go to 240 but that went up good so i tried 250 and even though it was an ugly lift it went up. Happy Days!

Cheers pal really pleased with my deadlift. yeah 240 is gonna go next week for sure... watch this space! yeah pretty happy with the bench, always been weak for me cos of my long arms. i've never tried the 100kgs rep test should think i could get 12 good reps... i'll give it a go sometime
