Good session today. Wanted to nail each rep on the squat hence why i did 200 twice. wanted to do 160 on the fronties but my collar bone really hurts doing these.

i found the same with rack pulls ! you think its gonna be easier, but getting it moving from a 'wierd' start position takes some practise !

Today's session change around.

Got back last night from a GB skeleton bobsleigh training weekend on the beach in cornwall where they raped us with an ironman and beach sprinting so my legs are shot to pieces so i did this today...

Bench press

Good session really considering how i felt getting out of bed this morning! Wanted to do some 2 board press but the gym didn't have a board. Hopefully legs will be good to squat tomorrow!

I'd say stansted mate. can get a horriblely early train or by road its pretty easy as well. won't take long at that time in the morning!

What is going on. my push press just stalls at just above my head after the leg drive at any weight over 100kg. i don't understand. thought it was tricep stength but the CG is going well so i'm completely confused. think i'll video the lift and hopefully get some help off you chaps.
