LATE NIGHT DEADLIFT Deadlift 70x10 120x5 170x5 210x3 230x1 240x1 250x1 Low pick up deads (standing on a 9cm box) 3 sets of 5 reps @ 170kg Bent over row 3 sets of 8 reps @ 100kg Good session tonight, don't usually like training at this time but it went well. really working on the first part of my lift hence the low pick up stuff. think its gonna help me break off the floor. | |||
