What does Shaw weigh?
Colin made a comment about him lying about his weight in the commentary for WSM '15 and said something like 'he's a good 450lbs'.

I think Shaw is destined to not be appreciated because he came along to be the biggest rival of a guy who already had all the fans.
Probably the same reason I could never take to Rafael Nadal, I was already a Federer fan.

400kg has come pretty quickly and still only 100kg.

I don't know what's wrong with my squat lately, I don't feel in the right groove.

Lots of stuff, mostly single leg as its a cable leg press with a light stack.

About half an hour of stretching, really needed it.

Worked up to
130 x 5. RPE 8.
115 x 5. 4 sets.

Incline bench.
100 x 5. 4 sets. Shoulder painful.

Close grip floor press.
100 x 10. 3 sets.

Face pulls

Pulldown
4 x 8

Bit of time on the bike.

Stretching.
